Established in 2003 by Tony Tay (center) and his Catholic friends, Willing Hearts started by distributing unsold bread to homelss people. Thanks to strong continual volunteers and donors support, we've grown into a recognized Institution of Public Character (IPC) charity with extensive outreach programs.

What We Do?

We are dedicated to supporting the underprivileged and marginalized through a variety of essential services

Soup Kitchen

Providing about 10,000 nutritious meals daily to over 70 locations throughout Singapore

Homeless Shelter

Operate an interim transitional shelter for the homeless, individual and families

Support Services

Offer a range of support services such as dental care, legal aid, bereavement and healing services
